Saw WRR V WPH today. Two good games. Reserves very even could have been more goals, WPH just deserved it.
WRR just more clinical in firsts. Not much in the game but WPH didn't have much in attack and WRR looked a lot quicker up front.
One thing for me was a clear red for a WPH player who seemed to kick and stamp on the WRR player. I thought the ref might not have seen it but he gave a yellow? Thought the officials were very good apart from that. Did I see it wrong or should it have been red?
Congrats to WWR first grade. Most consistent sqaud this season without a doubt. Lets see if they can back it up in the grand final and do the double or will they be in for an upset?
Champions of Champions will also be a big test for them. I am pretty sure they have never competed in it. Once again will be interesting to see how they compare to WPH over the last few years in CoC. Even though WPH have not won the final they have still made it to the final multiple times, lets see what WWR can do. It is one thing to win a premiership and compete in CoC, but to do it and dominate over multiple years is a different thing.
Speaking of COC any idea when it starts? Half of our starting lineup have a wedding on and preseason may already be booked for a weekend in september...
Dominating when the league is the weakest it's been in years isn't something I'd be bragging about. The Kenthurst team would have wiped the floor with any of current the top 4 teams.

Kenthurst from 8 or so years ago wouldn't make semis in today's comp
Teams come and teams go. I completely agree that Kenthurst dominated the prem for those years they played, but they are not in NWSF anymore so what can you do about it. You have to play the teams in front of you. WPH have been the team in recent years to dominate the league, no one has proven otherwise, its just facts.
I don't get why people say that the prems now is a "weak" league. That's just calling everyone shit footballers pretty sure that's not accurate
People keep saying how strong the hills league is yet every time they have been played in CoC they lose. I don't really know what else can be said about it. If WWR draw a hills team then of course I would want WWR to win. Proves we are the better association, again

After years of falling just short of the coveted 1st grade premiership they've finally managed to rise out of WPH's shadow and nab the crown!
Still a chance of doing the elusive double as well!
