Anyone know a confirmed date for the first semi?

Is it the week after the season ends the 5th of August.

Or are they taking the one week washout break and theyre starting on the 12th?

Also are they doing the 3 week finals format this year? 1v2 winner goes straight to gf, loser players winner of 3v4 for other grand final spot?

I'm asking here because my club won't tell me shit

Hopefully someone else's club is actually keeping them in the loop.

Unfortuntley the ability to change the schedule is way too hard for the compeitions secretary as it means he has to do some actual work.

so everyone gets the weekend off.

If you got a copy of the guys email, it's literally the longest winded problem anyone has ever heard of.

Pretty simply, you have had all year to work it out, who plays and when.

Calm down you twot. GF date is locked in so a week off would have to happen somewhere in there. This weekend is a spare due to good weather and no cancelled rounds. Guess you'd sook if that was different as well. Stfu moron

Every year prior to this muppet coming on board it's been like this.

Semi's start the week after the final round, then GF.( no break)

How hard is it. We just want football to be played as it was.

Not some complicated planned out system where we all must follow some muppets direction just because it is the way it is.

Why re-invent a system that was perfect and working.

Yep, and "every year" it's rained and there's been no back up weekend free... which is what this coming weekend is boy wonder. The GF weekend date  is locked in ahead  of the season or did you forget we share Christie with 4 state league teams so have to lock it in. Therefore, no matter whether we played SFs this weekend, there'd be a week off somewhere in there. Are you following the bouncing ball or is still not clear?

ok Dave,

go on defend yourself for being lazy.

every week Christie is in use with Ryde magic and spirit.

that's why you play the games on Christie 2.

anyways it's like arguing with a referee. Useless.

Can't understand who's blowing up about a week off. Most teams are actually looking forward to it anyway with the amount of injuries going around.

Seem like the kind of person who'll just complain about anything for the sake of complaining.

you sound like the typical player that would argue with a referee even when they're wrong as they usually are... and dumb. By the way, Christie 1 and 2 are use today, strangely enough. Clown

Probably. What's your point flop? They're in use so can't be used. Oh wait, you think the whole world revolves around PL, of course, makes sense with your small view of the world.

PL is one week after.  You can't even book tickets for other  sporting events,
