Penno, west penno, Epping Eastwood, ST Andrews, Hawks, Normo have all been long serving Premier League squads.
Penno are the only ones who haven't gone down, but for the past 10 years, all the above have been there or there about a with the exception of probably the Hawks not winning anything, but making the finals.
West Ryde are the next longest serving with Mac dragons following, then Ryde Saint and finally the newbies ST Pats.
but going back to my first point, those teams competed in both grades, week in week out. That's what PL is about.

looks like ryde are on the slip, started good but are running out of first graders.
Sta must have had a few boys away in the early days cause they are flying now. Winning 3 out of the past 4.
