wrote on 26-Jul-24 12:22Let's be real. We only really want them for their Astro pitch. The fact they are so dominant in both grades this season doesn't mean much because it's SL. I mean look at how the 2 most dominant SL teams from last season are going in PL this year.
I for one welcome our new Astro pi...I mean new team to the comp next season!

They're pretty even in terms of quality across firsts and ressies. Have had issues with consistency over the last few years and struggled to get enough results against teams like North Ryde, Putney and Ravens to be truly in the promotion race. Without any of them in the comp they seem to have done it pretty easily.

No offence but if they have struggled against the big teams like Putney, North Ryde and Ravens there is only one way this os gonna go....
