How do u sack the bloke you appointed. Mr Smith looks stressed and may struggle to get rid of one of his sons good mates. If he did and took charge I'm sure the season would turn around, but don't think it will happen as Greg is loyal.

Pumas have plenty of quality players who alone should have them in the top 2...

Whether PHD win 10 games on end and win the Premiership this is without question the worst PHD have ever gone in both grades. They should be top two in both grades and with KEN down on there top form this was their one super chance to win some silver wear. Instead they are under performing badly. Why? Are they much weaker? Answer = No. So why? Simply look at Saturday's game against EEW when the game was 0-0 and in the balance and what changes did he do. Why just stick to something that is obviously not working. They are 3 points off the bottom and equal points with a team that sacked there coach after 6 games. Why would PHD not just make the same tough stance that the Ravens did. They should be commended for trying to fix something that they thought was not working. Why PHD are not or have not done the same is both puzzling and outrageous. I've been involved with the club for years and feel all the good work that Greg created has been lost in less than half a season. The boys are not playing for the coach and do not appear to respect him which is sad. The playing quality is still there and I still feel we will make the 4 but anything less than winning the Premiership is another disappointing season. I hope something is done sooner than later.

No mate my mum and sister have taste. I think you will find that every true supporter of the club wants to see him go. To be fair he has done his absolute best, but has failed dismally. He won't be the first or last person to fail but it's his arrogance that gets everyone off side both internally and outsiders. He thought that this was a stepping stone to bigger fish but if I was him I'd learn my craft under a big name coach like Greg smith and start again. PHD need to move on. Greg may have hired him but his coaching is bad. He may have coached a very good ressies side to a second past the post finish (yippee) but with the big boys he is a fish out of water. Easy 3 points against WPH will take some pressure off but they should be leading the comp easily. Player unrest may be hard to repair.

Super side WPH. Look how high up the ladder they currently stand. Relegation to the SL would suit you all better. Good Luck in 2016.

I have just heard on the street that the PHD coach has been sacked? Can anyone please confirm if is TRUE. It would make sense but it may be just a rumour floating around. Nonetheless, he does look stressed and has probably gone from a 26yo to 46yo in less than half a season. THE JOYS OF COACHING I SAY.

Yes we as a playing group, both grades, are not happy with our position on the table and yes the coach is the person who falls accountable. Our football has got worse and if he resigned it would allow the club to move forward again. Is McGuinness available as it is what the club needs. A good man manager who can control and keep happy a disgruntled playing group.

No idea young nick. Lacks any coaching ability but thinks his shit don't stink. What a hide. One more step for man was what he was saying prior to season start, meaning this was a stepping stone to greener pastures. EPL is awaiting for you. What a loss to the GHFA PL ( NOT ).

Cut the crap the club is a MESS.Look at how close to KEN they were over the last two years and look at where they are at present. Surely enough is enough and the coach should be held accountable and be SACKED. They are only ahead of two teams and one lost all there players to a state league club and the other was promoted and lost all there players due to their old coach leaving.

No the Coach is only partly to blame (80%). The bloke who appointed him needs to cop some of the blame (20%). Last weekend was the last straw and somehow Greg has not flicked him. Last year we would have gone to a place like YMCA and put 5 or 6 past them in each grade and now we are just hoping for 6 points. Nick would be better suited to losing his EGOOOOOO and just be an assistant to a senior person like a Greg Smith, Batts, Kurt, Gio, Kiwi or a McGuiness. Big jump between a ressies coach and a first grade coach, particularly when you aree dealing with guys with big egos themselves.

Come to a game and see the quality of football being played. Blame the players Nick but the but must stop at the coach. They enjoy the success like McGuiness did for all the good work at KEN and must cop the back handers too.

Who is coaching PHD? Greg Smith or the puppet that they call the first grade coach? At today's game Greg did all the shouting of instructions and the first grade coach sat back and did not have a clue. Instead of sacking him Greg is keeping his spirits high but the reality is he is an over confident young punk that was going to win every thing this year. He has destroyed the club and my boy and a few of his mates won't be back. A few have already left and why Greg did not appoint an experienced and well credentialed coach I'll never now. 2016 and 2017 will be another huge rebuild. Teams like EEW and hills have gone forward and we are running down the hill. ????

thank you

ohhhh i get it now its not a player from phd who is starting all this its a dad who is fustrated that his spastic son isnt getting enough game time and then he comes on here and blames a coach who even he says isnt giving the orders i think its good that you wont be coming back, take your son and his mates to AA/20s where they belong

Even the WPH coach was able to play and coach and this muppet / puppet sits back and allows Greg to dig the club out of a GIANT hole. PHD u are a joke of a club.

I am very surprised that he has not been destroyed a lot MORE. They were so close to being relegated and GREG SMITH finally ate humble pie and put the fool back in the background and they win there last two games. I'll say it again the playing roster at there disposal should have won them a title. Poor coach in charge and the result was avoid RELEGATION. 2016 will be intersting but one thing is for sure - bi bi NICK, it was fun.

Thanks Nick

I have honestly sat back and watched some very sad individuals grind out their own agendas on this forum. I think this post should be the last on this subject. Really, get a life. Reality is you are either disappointed you turned down the coaching gig this year, or as I suspect, you just enjoy getting on here and stirring up shit. It doesn't take too long to work you out who you are. Nick has my full support. He will continue to have the teams support. If you want to verify this post is from me then send me an email - [email protected]. Please do everyone a favour and move on.

Look no further than your own backyard. Greg why have people left the squad during the year. I have watched the team play the worst football this year that they have ever played in the last four of five seasons so the comment "Nick has my full support and the teams" is funny. Actions speak louder than words and your position on the table will justify how successful the coach and playing roster were in 2015. A mid table finish is obviously a goal/target that the club hoped to achieve at seasons start and it may be achieved.

Lol buy ex a-league... To clarify, culina (not that he contributed much) is good mates with one of the ken stalwarts (went to school with him), and bids happens to work with one of the ken boys, plus played with him for numerous years. 'Buy' that's comical ;)

unlike kenthurst and eew we don't go and try to buy a comp, we are happy to recruit but recruit quality from known sources.

So give us a break if for one season we don't hit our target of top 4.

Are we doing it wrong? should we go out and try and buy the competition? EEW buy Ex Spirit players, and Kenthurst buy Ex A-League players.

Kenthurst stalwart? Pretty sure that person offered culina in a package deal when he was training with us at the start of the year. Stalwart tags getting thrown around cheaply at kenthurst it seems.

Mr Zammit. I am pretty sure Jason only played the one game for Kenthurst anyway.

yeah the only game he played was a game against the worst team in the comp - redbacks and he still failed
