WPH vs PEN The only game with no bearing on the make-up of the top 4. Still a derby so expect a bit of spice. Penno looking to end the year on a high by doing the double on their cross suburb rivals and the Lions looking to maintain momentum heading into the finals. Expect an open game with both sides having little to lose. Big question: How many Lions will Penno's blonde pony tail damage ahead of the finals? Mr EUS Predicts: WPH 4-3 with Morsillo netting a double to tie the triangle for golden boot. STA vs NMH Smarting from Wednesday night's loss which has left their season on the brink expect the Woodies to come out all guns blazing. They will be met by a desperate Normo side though after they failed to put the relegation battle to bed on Sunday. This game will follow hot on the heels of a winner takes all Ressies match. Two squads with everything to play for at the Chinatown of the West! Big Question: Who wants it more - the cornered eagle or the battle hardened woodie? Mr EUS Predicts: 1-1 with STA to ruffle feathers with an early goal only to have the final nail put in the coffin of season 2014 with 5mins to play. RAV vs EEW Possibly the match of the round with Gio rallying the Phoenix and his band of Ravens one last time to try and play spoiler. The Tiger Train has made hard work of securing 4th place with a spluttering display over recent rounds. The goals have dried up and they must be wondering if they'll find enough against a plucky Gladesville outfit. Not to mention the 5-1 drubbing the Ravens dished out at Boronia at the start of the season! Big Question: Will Petza and his Tigers choke on the Peel souvlaki? Mr EUS Predicts: 1-1 with the Tiger Train to experience potential derailment at 4:45pm. RED vs HWK Similar scenario to the Woodies/Normo game with two teams having everything to play for but for very different reasons. Horko, The Rock and co. have done an exceptional job taking some big scalps in the second round and will be giving it their all to make Top 4 first year up - a feat few can boast. The Redbacks meanwhile have given themselves a fighting chance of staying up with Sunday's win over Normo. Playing at home with a near full squad at their disposal will help the cause. Big Question: Will these two young teams keep their heads in the pressure cooker and end with 11 on the park? Mr EUS Predicts: HWK 2-1 to finally squash the redbacks and send them to super league while they squeeze into semis on other results. All to play for on Saturday, gentlemen! Weekends like this are why we play the game. KEN and PHD watching on with interest. Best of luck to all!
