Rumours have begun to circle that Bushboys have put a bid in to retain the services of Jason Cullina next year.

Any truth to this, or is it a gee up?

Someonr of his pedigree? Most overrated australian player ever. Only ever got anywhere because of his dad. And as for playing in the ghfa, why not? Most people that play in this league play because they just love the sport and the culture that comes with being part of a prems squad
Not saying he is true but I dont see why it cant be

Phoenix,

Think you'll find Culina is one of Australias most successful players.
Record hard to top.

Jok-er
wrote on 23-Apr-14 12:03

Lets be honest, the most successfull player in Australia is Morro, followed by Batts.

Just because you left australia to play in the ajax academy doesnt mean your "successful".
Just ask bozza... and his hair hat!

phoenix
wrote on 23-Apr-14 14:05

firstly how many players are in this list of most successful players?
Secondly What makes him one of the most succesful ?

kiwi

Phoenix
Jason culina represented Australia I think that in itself is more than enough to call him successful as an Australian footballer.
I think everyone would love to be on the same park as him.
Good on him for playing park football, im sure he knows idiots are going to try and prove some point.
Good for Kenthurst and our comp if its true.
Do Kenthurst need anybody else, I heard Moyes is looking for a job, Sean maybe he can assist you. It might even the comp up if he does.

With 56 Australia caps he would be one of the most successful.
What do you want to measures success with.
Fark not a bad resume.
You must be hard to please

phoenix
wrote on 23-Apr-14 17:02

With 56 caps that doesnt even put him in the top ten of most capped socceroos

I never meant to take anything away from him or say he was a bad player I mean he has been part of a team that has taken us to two world cups!

It's enough to put you off football for life

phoenix
wrote on 24-Apr-14 07:08

He is one of the most overrated players as well

I dont think he should have been the starting holding midfielder all he did was wall pass backwards and take outrageous shots from 30m, no creativity.

This however does not take away from the fact that he was chosen (by his club coach) and kept on getting selected to play for the socceroos even captaining them for one game. Every young footballers dream.

Cullina!s on say 2 grand a game and runs a academy with all the young Masso!s at Rockdale and the club Chargers the families ex amount of dollars.Look at ADP his on $$$ at Sydney mate of mine wanted him to appear at his sports store he was willen to pay 10 grand Sydney fc price 150.000 so if you want somebodies services especially in football you have to pay.
BTW it's probaly Damien signed with bushies there,s always a dud in a family of footballers just look at the Rock.joking mate.

a legitimate question for kenthurst players for you boys that have been around for years, im interested how you feel about the new influx of players that have come in and taken your spots, the guys who have been slugging it out in games and training for a few seasons now, only for their hard work to go down the tubes because of people like wright etc, do you mind?, do you enjoy paying rego to sit on the sidelines?
