As you mentioned, time will tell, however, i suspect PHD will be underdone.

Wat dividends you idiot?... Arsenal havent won silverware since 2005
Looks like all the pressure is on pacific hills after all the talking they have done on this site before a ball is even kicked.
if they want to be favourites then that's great for everyone else. We're happy for you to take that tag into every game each week. All the pressure is now on you.
I thought they would have learnt their lesson after last season.
My prediction: Like last year they will start really strong and probably leaqd the comp for a few weeks but then fizzle out with injuries and suspensions when the comp is won and lost.
They'll all grow up one day and realise that seasons aren't won in pre seasons or on forums.

They are no chance of being top of the comp as yjey are no chance in rounds 1, 2 and 3 of maximum points
pretty sure you have to win something to be called favourites?.. darkhorse is a better name, labels and tags are worn by penno 2009 premiers and kenthurst 2009 champions.. enjoy
Y and NER have some charity game/event in a later round so their draw changed affecting round 1 games for them so they switched 9v10 and 7v8 for round 1

Sure. That is fine by me. I was merely pointing out that most teams will play around 6 or 7 trial matches, starting back in Feb. PHD seem to be leaving their run very late.
I was also pointing out that your coach is a n00b and may not know what he is doing.
seems to me that a lot of gooses on this site have absolutely no idea.especially you 2 dopes (nOObie and NOBBY Stiles) if you guys need 6 or 7 trials before you can compete at this level than you really must have some ordinary teams out there. The fact that PHD have had a draw with one of the better state teams in their first trial really does prove they will be more than ready after another 2 trials to compete against teams in this average comp! Remember the average age of PHD would be 21 not 31 like your teams, so they dont need to play a heap of trials so they can remember how to play park football.

I am expecting PHD not to lose a game this season since at this level (park football), they should be able to walk it in.
1) Its geese.
2) If their average age is 21, therefore Prems will be their highest level played. Thus they are pooh players as you alluded to when you said this comp is average. If they were any good they wouldn't be playing GHFA Prems during their prime.

My memory may be getting worse as im older than 21 but didnt PHD beat schofields last year in the 'tiger turf' cup? And PHD finished 7th last year?
Im expecting PHD to be far better than any other team in this comp this year, they are talking it up like no other team has ever before. in 2 weeks time you have to start to walk the walk. will be interesting.
I think they will win it but anything less is a massive failure after all this trash talking.

With the players we have recruited, we should be winning this comp.
I know a lot of my team mates are talking it up, but i guess we are just excited to show everyone what we can do.
Let me give you a piece of advice 'son'. Tell your team mates to do their talking out on the paddock as I have seen teams with better quality players than PHD get beaten in GHFA. They are only digging themselves a deeper hole.
Phantom, just because one person is getting on this site and claiming that PHD will win everything just to rev everyone up doesnt mean he represents the whole team, while PHD are confident of a good season, they know it will take a huge effort to win. On paper they should win, but games arent played on paper.
Exactly as I have said earlier these forums are full of people giving themselves a pat on the back or making comments to rev people up stop taking things so seriously!
Phantom should know well enough, as Thunder are the main proponents of pretending to be others and talking themselves up. Creating animosity against other clubs is their specialty. But most know who the real culprits are.
It has nothing to do with me, im not doing it at all. I couldnt really give a shit, id i think noone at thunder would either. For all anyone knows it is PHD themselves or any number of people using this site.
