lol all this chat from eew after they beat a team thats only won 4 games all year
yeah good work
i think youd be more worried about the points youre going to lose from too many yellow/red cards in a game
classic eew grubs topped off with a turner special studs to the face

Shut up Hatfield
being at the ravens eew game on saturday i can see why eew are at the top of the table very solid in defence and never gave up. being a ravens supporter ill try to be as unbias as possible but it was weird to see ravens start with their previous weeks most dangerous attacker starting in defence.
it was a very even game for the first 60 minutes. ravens should have gone up one in the first 5 with a close range shot by hatfield only saved by a last ditch slide by one of the eew players. on about the 20 min mark eew had a good chance with the ravens keeper saving a good near post shot by turner
ravens probably had the best chance of the half with their winger chipping the keeper only for it to be saved off the line with bicycle kick by mouyis
the second half started with more of the same both teams evenly matched until about the 60th minute when the ruthven the eew striker got sent off for a second yellow
this moment really showed the heart in both teams as eew lifted and ravens dropped
tigers got their first after some good build up play found turner in the box with no angle and his back to goal. he turned and got a shot off with somehow went past a player and the goal keeper into the far side of the net.
ravens lifted a little after this creating a couple half chances but nothing that really threatened. then with about 15 to go, turner who was already on a yellow, tried a bicycle but completely missed the ball and got the big ravens defender in the face and duly got his second yellow.
once again the tigers lifted and really scrambled in defence. ravens obviously had all the possession but couldnt do anything with it. for some reason they kept trying to but big high crosses into the box which is not the way you want to try to attack tigers as they are easily the best defensive team in the air with their whole back line being 6 foot.
tigers were attacking on the counter and with about 5 to go got their second after a ravens mix up at the back saw mcgoogan one and one and he calmly slotted it.
once again tigers showed exceptional grit not only to hold on but to go ahead and i can really see them pushing for the premiership after that performance
only hawks ravens and rovers are bad enough to give points to mac uni
even with missing players i cant see mac uni scoring tomorrow
would be funny af if they somehow do pull off a result though
