Interesting read about the evolution of football and how teams with less possession are now becoming a bigger chance of winning games.

Not sure what others think, but the evolution of football over the years is amazing.

Interesting.... From a spectators point of view the game is more attractive when both teams are attacking.. Rather then one just park a bus and then counter. Players point of view I want my team to have the ball, the old saying if you got the goal they can't score

From a spectators perspective, watching Portugal win the Euro was painful. They had one of the most exciting players up front in Ronaldo and they simply didn't use him anywhere near his capacity. Yes they won, but they were outclassed by other teams all tournament, including Wales and France! I would have love to have seen italy play them. The italians owned that boring counter attack football for years and it seemed that they turned a page this year. But it wasnt to be.
