Good idea. Eastwood needs more parking and a synthetic pitch means more games and matches can go ahead in any weather. I like the current surface but with the playground corner and the way some guys shoot, it's only a matter of time before a kid / resident / grandma doing thai chi gets a ball in the head.

As for the carpark, just stupid, there are plenty of potential areas for possible development before the need to redevelop a sports field.
